- 1 can Crescent dough Or puff pastry
- 3 tbsp Butter Melted
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese Optional
- 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
- 1 pinch Salt To taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log.
Cut the log lengthwise, exposing layers.
Twist each piece and roll into a spiral.
Place into muffin tin.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
- For extra flavor, add chili flakes or Italian seasoning.
- Use sharp cheddar for a stronger taste.
For ultra-flaky layers, chill the rolled dough for 10 minutes before slicing—this helps maintain structure and creates bakery-quality cruffins.
