Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed and chopped
  • 6 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 cup Milk Whole or low-fat
  • 1 cup Cheese Gruyère or cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder Optional
  • 0.25 cup Onion Finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onions and asparagus until tender.
