Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 cup Cooked rice White or brown
  • 1 cup Black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 4 Flour tortillas Large size
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Salsa Optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Stir in cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Add beans and cooked rice, stirring until heated through.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  • Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Add cheese and salsa on top.
  • Fold sides and roll into burritos.
  • Serve warm or wrap in foil for later.
