Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 small Onion Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes 14 oz
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste and spices, stirring well to coat the meat.
  • Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth, then mix thoroughly.

  • Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
