Cold Pressed Grape Juice Recipe

A simple, refreshing cold pressed grape juice made with just ripe grapes and a cold press juicer. Naturally sweet, vibrantly colored, and packed with antioxidants, this homemade juice is ready in under 15 minutes with no added sugar needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Seedless red or green grapes Rinsed and stems removed
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice Optional, adds brightness and prevents browning
  • 1 slice Fresh ginger Optional, for a slight spicy kick
  • 1 cup Cold water or ice Optional, to dilute if juice is too concentrated

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cold running water using a colander, then remove all stems.

  • Pat the grapes dry with a clean towel to prevent extra water from diluting the juice.
  • Turn on your cold press juicer and slowly feed the grapes into the chute, a handful at a time.

  • Add the optional ginger slice halfway through juicing for a subtle warm flavor.
  • Once all the grapes are juiced, stir in the fresh lemon juice if using, to brighten the flavor and preserve color.
  • Pour the fresh grape juice through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother, pulp-free texture.
  • Transfer the juice into glass jars or bottles, seal tightly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold, over ice if desired, and enjoy within 2 to 3 days for the best flavor and nutrition.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, always strain the juice after pressing, especially if using a blender instead of a cold press juicer. In addition, mixing red and green grapes creates a beautiful two-tone color and a more balanced sweet-tart flavor. Store any leftover juice in a sealed glass jar filled to the top to minimize air exposure and slow down oxidation.
Freeze a portion of your fresh grape juice in ice cube trays. Therefore, you can drop the frozen cubes into future glasses of juice or sparkling water without watering down the flavor.
